Dojo can be defined as: "The training hall. The place where the way to harmony
with the fundamental life force (Ki) is practiced."
Quite literally, dojo means, "place of the Way". The Way being the Path, or the
means of learning, wisdom, or enlightenement.
Adirondack Aikido is pleased to offer training for students in our dojo, under
the instruction of Chief Instructor (Sensei)
Mike Hornung.
