Our School
Our Martial Arts classes offer a great workout and the most effective self defense strategies you'll find. You will feel better, get into shape and learn how to handle yourself at the same time!

We teach American Kempo Karate. Kempo Karate is a modern and realistic self-defense art. A combination of ancient fighting techniques and modern scientific principles. Its special trait is its unending fluid motion. Every move creates a specific reaction in your opponent. Each reaction gears you to your next move. Each moves flows into the next. This logical and sequential flow of action is the essence of Kempo.

It is also a method of physical and mental conditioning. You develop the ability to accomplish what you thought was beyond your capabilities. You train your spirit as you train your body, developing inner strength, balance and harmony as you learn.

We also have separate classes for weapons training and sparring.

We offer a free introductory lesson with no obligation to join. There are no contracts.

Children Classes
Our children's classes are structured to give students quality Martial Arts instruction while at the same time providing them with the insights for good character development. Respect, discipline, self-control are the three major rules covered in all classes along with building confidence, self esteem and teaching manners. The classes are designed to strengthen your childs body, create better balance (mentally and physically) and develop better focus.

Classes are also divided into specific age groups and belt levels for easy comprehension. Adults and children are never put in the same class. Ages are broken down as such: 4 year olds, 5-7 year olds, 8-12 year olds and teens.

We also have separate classes for weapons training and sparring.

We offer a free introductory lesson with no obligation to join
