Aikido - The Way of Harmony

Aikido's origins are in the centuries old martial ways of self refinement or a way of life that seeks to polish the self through a blend of rigorous physical training and spiritual discipline.

There is no attack in Aikido. It is an art of self-defense against an unprovoked attack.

Aikido skills will help, physical conditioning, self-confidence, and the spirit of cooperation. Because of Aikido's non-competitive, harmonious philosophy, - men, women, and children of all ages can train together in a mutually supportive atmosphere, and at an energy level appropriate for each individual.

No Contracts. Pay as you go - Month to Month; Daily Mat Fee Available;  Discounts offered for pre-payment.  Our studio is Air Conditioned.  We train, in a Friendly Family Atmosphere, 7 days per week:
