We are pleased to announce that THE GEMSTAR GROUP in cooperation with Arthur Cohen, president of TARGET CONSULTANTS INTERNATIONAL, LTD. is offering the "BECOME STREETWISE " Woman’s Guide to Personal Safety program. Mr. Cohen’s seminar is a prevention and awareness program that discusses topics of great concern for the personal safety of women. Topics include safety in the home and traveling, protecting our children, alertness and preventive measures to avoid assault or rape. This is a discussion seminar that incorporates slides covering the various topics.
