What is ISSHINRYU KARATE?
Isshinryu Karate
is an Okinawan martial arts system developed by the late Tatsuo Shimabuku,
10th. Degree Black Belt. The most notable aspect of this system is the vertical
punch strengthened by the thumb on top position, and the use of speed and
snap to generate power.
Isshinryu means
One Heart Way and emphasizes the unity and brotherhood of all.
We develop a skill, but will use it only as a last resort!
Bob Ingargiola's

regular intervals and requirements are in the
student's manual.

you will train in the traditional art of Okinawan Isshinryu Karate, Self-defense,

through individual instruction. Students are taught basic blocking, punching
and kicking exercises, Kata, bunkai, Kumite and Self-defense.
