Goju-Ryu Karate – The Way of Hard and Soft

Goju-Ryu Karate is a traditional Okinawan martial art that combines powerful striking techniques with soft, circular movements, controlled breathing, and close-range self-defense. The name Goju-Ryu means "Hard-Soft Style," reflecting the balance between strength and flexibility.

Founded by Chojun Miyagi, Goju-Ryu emphasizes traditional kata, conditioning, breathing exercises, blocking, and practical self-defense techniques. Training develops physical strength, coordination, discipline, concentration, and self-confidence.
